If an App offers in-app purchases, all transactions are processed by Apple. I have no access to your payment information. You must review Apple’s terms and conditions for any purchase-related disputes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

I may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, I will update the “Last Updated” date and post the revised terms on this site. Your continued use of the Apps after changes indicates acceptance.
