Introduction

Ryan Garato Apps is a collection of mobile applications developed and published by Ryan Garato. This Privacy Policy applies to all of my apps (each an “App”) and the web content hosted at https://apps.ryan.stream. By downloading, installing, or using any of my Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information You Provide Directly

I may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact support or otherwise use an App. This can include your name, email address, device identifiers when needed, and any other information you choose to send me. I do not share identifying data with third parties, except when required by Apple for app distribution or analytics tracking, or with service providers who assist me in operating the Apps (such as Supabase for user accounts). These partners are contractually obligated to protect your information.

Data Retention

I retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, such as providing support or analyzing usage. In general, analytics data are retained for a period of up to 24 months, while support correspondence may be stored until the issue is resolved. Users may request deletion and I will purge all stored information related to their account or use.

Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting me at support@ryan.stream. You can also opt out of analytics tracking by disabling network access or following Apple’s opt-out procedures where available.

Accounts and Identifiers

A ryan.stream account, where used, is for API access and abuse prevention only. It does not require an email address, name, or other personal identifiers unless you explicitly provide them.

Children’s Privacy

My Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe I have collected such information, please contact me so I can take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure; I cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When I do, I will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this site.
